User privacy protection
On behalf of Gia design, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic customer/user data and data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All Gia design employees are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Ordering
You can order our products exclusively through the website. Choose the product you want, mark the required fields: color, size. Click on the "Add to cart" field to add the desired product to the cart, if you want to continue shopping, click on the "Continue shopping" link. If you have finished adding products and want to complete the order, click on the "Basket" field. The "basket" has the option that if you have changed your mind and no longer want to buy a certain product, you can replace it (color, size, etc.) or remove it from the basket. If you still want to complete the purchase of the selected product, go to the "Billing" field, where you can read and confirm that you accept the terms of service and then click "Purchase". The next step is the ability to choose whether you will order as a guest or a registered user. If you decide to place an order as a guest, you specify the details of the customer, the delivery address and choose the payment method, and on the other hand, the "register" option allows you to order quickly and easily, and easy access to your orders and order status. Once you have registered, every time you place an order, the system will immediately recognize you and free you from repeating certain steps that are required of the guest. When downloading the last step of the order, you will be shown all the details of your order and all the costs will be shown. Then you confirm your order or cancel it. Before sending the order, each customer is allowed to check the entered data once more and correct any errors that may have occurred during the data entry. When you have checked all the entered data, click the "Confirm" field. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the order has been successfully created.

Convergence statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank's website. At no time are the payment card details available to our system.
Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

The delivery time can vary between 3-6 working days, depending on the delivery address.
After you have finished ordering, you can track the status of your order via e-mail notification that you will receive from Gia design. When your shipment is ready to be sent and delivered to the courier service, you will receive an e-mail notification that the shipment has been sent and a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the Post Express - Track And Trace link. We send shipments by Post express courier service, which will deliver the shipment to your delivery address.
Delivery to BiH and Montenegro
We send shipments to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro with the Post-Pack service.
The possibility of paying for the shipment is only cash on delivery.
Delivery time can vary between 5-7 working days.
Claims policy
By law, you have 14 days after receipt to request a refund or exchange the item. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unwashed, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need to have a receipt, or proof of purchase.
If the shipment is damaged during transport, you are not obliged to take it over, in which case we will completely replace the damaged products or issue a refund. By picking up the shipment, you confirm that you have received a correct and undamaged product, so pay attention when picking it up.
We accept all justified complaints and, depending on your requirements, we can replace the product or refund the money. To start the product complaint process, you need to write to us at office@gia.moda in order to receive an answer to the complaint as soon as possible, or fill out the return/exchange form and pack it together with the item you are returning. You are shipping to our address, items sent without a form will not be accepted. When returning an item, you bear the shipping costs, unless it is a shipping error on our part, or the product is damaged, in which case we bear the shipping cost.
Refunds
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Gia design is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment method, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
VAT statement
Gia design is not in the VAT system.
