When you make a purchase as a registered user, you will be able to change the shipping address by opening the order information from your account, provided the order status allows it.
Complaints: By law you have 14 days after receipt to request a refund or exchange the item. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unwashed, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need to have a receipt, or proof of purchase.
If the shipment is damaged during transport, you are not obliged to take it over, in which case we will completely replace the damaged products or issue a refund. By picking up the shipment, you confirm that you have received a correct and undamaged product, so pay attention when picking it up.
